Digital Experience Camp
We are pleased to announce our first ever, online-only Rocket League Competitive Development Camp. Camp takes place on Thursday June 4th, and Thursday June 11th.
Campers can expect to develop your game sense and performance through lessons, practice, play, and personalized gameplay analysis. Campers will attend live-streams with the coaching staff to improve on their game play skills. The comprehensive training approach provides players with a number of tactics and tools that they can utilize to continuously improve their gaming skills while building important life skills that extend beyond the game.
Improve understanding of rotating properly in 2v2, 3v3 & 4v4 settings, perfecting your ariels and and air dribbles, using the handbrake for drifting, learn when it is best use your boost, optimize your team play and callouts, and much more! Campers learn how to best capitalize on offensive and defensive strategies, learn when to pass over shoot, and when to get back on defense. You will develop and perfect strategies with teammates.
Camp will also offer physical exercises & techniques you can use to keep your body in peak performance.
This camp is designed for players of all skill levels looking to take their game to the next level. Camp is conducted in a live twitch stream at specified camp times.
Camp sessions are broadcast each Thursday (June 4th & June 11th) 3pmPST/ 5pm CST/ 6pm EST

SAMPLE DAILY SCHEDULE:
3pm: Warm Up: Hand exercises, word of the day, agenda
3:15pm: Lesson: Mental APM, callouts, team bonding,
3:30pm: Drills: shooting, passing, ariels
4:00pm: Physical training & exercise
4:15pm: Headspace, cool down + dismissal
Cameron “Dad Bod” Desjardins is a player and captain for Uptime United's Pro Rocket League team. He has participated and won in multiple tournaments throughout North America including PAX East 2019. He has logged over 1,500 hours in Rocket League achieving the highest rank in the game, Grand Champion. Along the way, coaching friends and players wanting to learn the game or certain mechanics. With a degree in Computer Science from Merrimack College, he is very detail oriented and strategic while playing games. He has held leadership roles and positions since he was a teenager. He brings these leadership skills to teach students the techniques and methods to take their game to the next level. Dad Bod enjoys playing Rocket League, Apex Legends, Rainbow Six Siege, Call of Duty. Outside of gaming Dad Bod enjoys spending time with his dog, programming, and learning about cyber security.
