We are pleased to announce our first ever, online-only Overwatch Competitive Development Camp. Camp takes place on Tuesday May 26th, and Tuesday June 2nd.

Campers can expect to develop your game sense and performance through lessons, practice, play, and personalized gameplay analysis. Campers will attend live-streams with the coaching staff to improve on their game play skills. The comprehensive training approach provides players with a number of tactics and tools that they can utilize to continuously improve their gaming skills while building important life skills that extend beyond the game.

Improve understanding of hero mechanics, enhance strategy in assault, control, escort, and hybrid, learn hidden abilities, perfect your aiming, and much more! Campers learn how to best capitalize on sight lines as offensive, defensive, tank and support. Learn the best strategies for each hero on health, armor, and shield. You will develop and perfect strategies with teammates.  

Camp will also offer physical exercises & techniques you can use to keep your body in peak performance.

This camp is designed for players of all skill levels looking to take their game to the next level. Camp is conducted in a live twitch stream at specified camp times.

Camp sessions are broadcast each Tuesday (May 26th & June 2) 2pmPST/ 4pm CST/ 5pm EST

Skills Acquisition - Understanding the game, and how to refine your mechanics

Game Settings - Improving ability by leaving your comfort zone

Gamer Fitness - Healthy strategies to take care of your body and mind

SAMPLE DAILY SCHEDULE:

2pm: Warm Up: Hand exercises, word of the day, agenda

2:15pm: Lesson: Mental APM, callouts, team bonding,

2:30pm: Drills: hero mechanics, aiming practice, strategic planning, health, armor, shield, headshots

3:00pm: Physical training & exercise

3:15pm: Headspace, cool down + dismissal

Uptime Esports Coach

Tony Schelevitz

Tony “TuRbii” Schelevitz started his gaming career at a young age, competing in Halo tournaments where he achieved his first LAN win at the age of 16. He continued his gaming career on PC where he attained five national championship titles and represented North America at international championships in Indonesia, Russia, Thailand, and Turkey. With about a decade in music education, TuRbii brings his experience in teaching music and gaming together to help other esports athletes rise through the ranks. You’ll find TuRbii spending most of his game time in Overwatch, Rocket League, and Apex Legends. Besides gaming, he enjoys drumming and hockey.

Uptime Esports Coach

Jonathan Gargoshian

Jonathan "reVo" Gargoshian was a six-time North American national esports champion. He has traveled all over the world competing in numerous international championships in Thailand, Indonesia, Russia, and Turkey. With over seven years of experience in the esports scene as both a professional player and coach, reVo has left his mark in each game he competes in. Whether it’s establishing a professional-level roster or developing teams to compete at a high caliber, reVo is tenacious about advancing the esports scene and taking Uptime United players to new heights.
